Personal Care Account ManagerThe global Personal Care Market is an exciting, growing market ,such as aging population, increasing health awareness, men's grooming support the growth of our industry.
Your key responsibilities
・Achieve substantial sales and profitability growth both with existing and new product portfolio.
・Collaborate in the regional implementation of the global PCA Strategy as well as customer segmentation and
contribute to the global sales budget and GPx target.
・Closely collaborate with Regional Technical Marketing and Global PCA Headquarter to ensure seamless customer
support and internal information flow of opportunities and actions
・Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in line with the agreed service levels.
・Collaborate with Global Product Management to ensure supply and resolve issues.
・Support Global Key Account Managers to achieve global sales with top customers if appropriate.

【求める学歴】
大学卒以上
【求める経験】
・University degree in business and/or technical.
・Min 5 years experience of sales in cosmetic ingredient or similar industry.
・Native level Japanese language is mandatory to handle Japan market.
・Good written and oral communication skills in English to liaise with members from oversea entity.
・Competence in developing and delivering presentations.
・IT knowledge to use internal tool

- 600万円～800万円（目標達成時にはインセンティブがでる（年収の20％を想定）
