募集背景: 欧州系グローバルIT企業が、米国系グローバル企業と協業して日本の大手企業向けにソリューションを提供する事を予定しており、その各種プロジェクトにおいて、プロダクトマネージャーとして活躍して頂ける候補者を探しています。
企業名等は、非公開となっているので、個別ミーティングにおいて詳細をご説明する予定です。

仕事内容: 日本におけるプロダクトマネージャーとして、パートナー企業と協業しながら、幅広くプロジェクト運営に関わり、欧州にある本社と連携して展開していきます。将来は、アジア諸国への展開のチャンスもあります。
The Role (a brief overview of the position)
As a Technical Product Manager in Japan, you will be responsible for managing multiple partner projects within the region, and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner, and to a high standard. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product and Engineering teams (to name a few). You should be a self-starter who is proud to strive for excellence in all you do.

What you’ll do (Main responsibilities)
•Create and maintain project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the onboarding process.
•Coordinate external and internal calls, serving as the main point of contact for queries and tracking external-facing tasks in Teamwork. Manage and own multiple customer projects.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines, engaging with internal teams such as sales, product development, implementation, and customer support.

応募資格

必須: Profile and Skills
•You have 3+ years experience in a similar role.
•You have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
•You are a proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently. Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.
•You demonstrate initiative, drive, and self-motivation in taking full ownership of projects and the customer ensuring accountability for project outcomes, and fostering a no-blame culture conducive to continuous improvement.

歓迎: •You are proficient in utilizing various tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Jira,Teamwork to streamline project workflows and communication.
•A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.) is preferred
•Knowledge of standard Linux tools & scripting languages (e.g Bash, Perl, Python)
Familiar with automation tools, with a preference for experience in Ansible.
Experience with Linux and proficient in working with Docker and/or Podman
