募集背景: * Coverage includes helpdesk, IT Ops, network, device management (PC and phones) for about 2500 users in corporate office, warehouse and boutique
* Manage 30 members including local vendors who are based onsite
* Work with global on projects

仕事内容: We are hiring a Head of Infrastructure for global retail company. This person will be managing around 30 members on all things infra & Ops
* Responsible for all aspects of the organization's information technology infrastructure and related systems and tools used by the users.
* Partner with local stakeholders to grasp the IT needs and correspond to them timely.
* Develop relationship management with our vendors and facilitate a smooth IT experience while executing in a changing technology environment.
* People management of 30 people including vendors
* Understand retail business flow including boutique and warehouse operations

応募資格

必須: Head of Infrastructure and Operations of an international retail company. This role manages 30 members and works closely with global, so you will be using both Japanese and English for work.

フィットする人物像: * People managament experience (managed team of 10, can include having managed managers)
* Vendor management & negotiation experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft systems including, Active Directory, Exchange Online, TEAMS, meeting rooms
* Knowledge or VMWare, Citrix and remote access
* Knowledge of VOIP and LAN protocols including DHCP, DNS, WINS
* Experience setting up boutiques or warehouse or logistic sites

年収・給与: JPY16,000,000.00 - JPY20,000,000.00 per annum + Flexible work environment
