・Planning and promotion of global system construction (in addition to the head office in Japan, we have bases in the United States and the Netherlands)
・Due diligence in preparation for listing
・Strengthen internal labor management
・Promotion of regulatory arrangement
・Collection and selection of information necessary for decision-making on agenda items and agenda items at meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders (e.g., matters related to SO, officer compensation, regulations, etc.)
- Gathering information from industry/domain professionals
・Promote the use of HR management systems
応募資格

- 必須

experience in HR related industry or in-house HR role, capable of data-driven information collection & logical thinking, business level English and JLPT N1.
