Attendance management
Data creation, entry, and checking through the system
Process incentive, bonus payment
Payment for arbeit staff
Sort and send payroll slips
Payment for retirement allowance
Year end tax adjustment
Management of paid holidays record
Social insurance application and documentation management. Submit documents to the related office, labor standards inspection office
Pension program and Group Life Insurance administration.
Inhabitant tax and income tax administration and management
Report for Finance & Accounting dept. for account booking.
Benefit management such as medical check, outside benefit association, insurance company
Preparation of Headcount report
Respond to Audit firm’s inspections
Other tasks and projects directed by supervisors

University Degrees
Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll administration
Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
English:Business level
Project participation experiences are preferred
Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Function and technical skills for payroll overall in Japan
Strong work ethic and team player
High degree of professionalism
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Customer oriented mind
Flexibility and accuracy
