募集背景: *

Identify operational improvement opportunities
*

Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (can be from any department like HR, Warehouse, sales etc.
*

Manage the introduction of new IT systems or workflow to improve internal workflows and processes
*

Goal is to reduce costs, improve productivity and/or improve employee satisfaction

仕事内容: Identifying opportunities for improving operations by introducing automation, IT systems or improved workflow. Eg. data usage, enterprise systems
* Conduct hearing with internal stakeholders about operational bottlenecks
* Collect requirements and create Requirement Document that will be handled to IT vendors
* Propose changes to business processes and operations, for example via introduction of new IT systems
* Propose appropriate software tools in developing, modeling, evaluating, and selecting optimal solutions
* Some project management responsibilities: manage progress and schedule adjustments for assigned project

応募資格

必須: Identifying opportunities for improving operations by introducing automation, IT systems or improved workflow, example data usage, enterprise systems

フィットする人物像: * Must have strong understanding of warehouse or logistics or supply chain or transport industries
* Experience with IT tools like automation tools (RPA, UiPath), Data tools (Business intelligence, visualisation tools)
* Note: we are not looking for a programmer - you do not need to do coding
* Good communication skills - ability to make presentations to internal clients
* Experience with consultation with either internal or external clients
* Strong critical thinking skill and resourceful
