An international renewable energy company is looking for a Senior Project Finance & M&A professional.Responsibilities:
* Support project financing and M&A for PV solar and BESS projects
* Develop financial models for debt sizing and forecasting
* Prepare investment documents for the committee
* Assist in PPA structuring and engagement
* Study industry trends and research data
* Assist in policy development in ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance
* Experience in project finance or financial advisory services
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Prior experience in major financial institutions or corporations (trading company) is ideal
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in English and Japanese
