A global B2C services company is looking for a team manager to management counter staffs at a Department Store in the center of Tokyo.
This person must be dedicated to Department store service and customer satisfaction.
- 仕事内容

•Verify and refund Tax-Free Forms
•Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
•Increase Customer Satisfaction
•Prepare reports as needed
•Observe policies, guidelines, and procedures
•Help to ensure good relations with Department Store
Management responsibilities:
•Leadership responsibility for a team of Refund Staffs, including training, shift planning
•Cash Management at the counter if needed
•Ensure optimal presence, signage, and opening hours
•Corporate with our internal teams and report it to the person in charge (Sales/IT)

• Management experience
•Face-to-face customer service experience
•Languages: Japanese (fluent), English (business), nice to have Chinese / Korean
