【業務内容詳細】
This role will function as a leader for the entire HR and GA function in Japan as both a strategic business partner and operations manager, together with team members.
- Oversee and manage the entire HR function and provide support to management on all HR areas
- Lead change management initiatives and help to strengthen the HR and GA organization
- Lead organizational development plans and succession planning
- Implement and improve training and development programs. Provide coaching and training sessions.
- Lead programs focused on talent management and employee engagement
- Introduce global projects into Japan and align with global HR initiatives
- Lead company culture building programs and initiatives
- Manage compliance with local labor regulations
- Lead employer branding and culture building initiatives
- Manage and oversee recruitment strategy (together with hands-on staff)
- Compensation and benefits policy management and operations management
- Oversee HR Operations and GA matters (with subordinates covering these areas) and improve operational excellence
- Manage team members
- Oversee administration, health and safety, and facility management
- Other HR duties as required

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including in senior level positions (HR Manager, Director, BP, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Good business acumen
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multinational companies

- Experience in medical device or pharma industry companies a plus!
- Experience covering HR and GA a plus!
