Job Description:
You will be involved in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, planning and executing promotional tools and campaigns, and managing external communications such as website content and public relations activities. It includes executing marketing strategies, distributing digital content across various platforms (web, SNS, B2B), and creating content for these distributions. You will also plan and produce promotional materials like catalogs, posters, and leaflets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging by coordinating with global headquarters, and localizing promotional tools as needed. Additionally, you will be involved with planning and managing both online and offline product promotional events, and collaborating with marketing product managers and the sales department to plan and execute branding and promotional activities.

Responsibilities:
● Communication with internal and external stakeholders, and planning and execution of promotional tools and promotions
● External communication (website content management, public relations activities)
● Execution of marketing strategies and plans
● Distribution of digital content (web, SNS, etc. / B2B) and creation of content for distribution
● Planning and production of promotional materials (catalogs, posters, leaflets, etc.)
● Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging by communicating with the global headquarters and localizing promotional tools and messages as needed
● Planning and managing product promotional events (both online and offline)
● Collaborating with marketing product managers and the sales department to plan and execute branding and promotional activities

Qualifications:
● Over 5 years of experience in creative production using Adobe CC (experience in the medical device industry is a plus)
● Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate strategies and projects
● Presentation skills using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and the ability to build consensus based on these presentations
● Communication skills to build cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively perform duties
● Ability to proactively manage tasks, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
● Flexibility to adapt to new environments and tasks
● Ability to communicate in English (interaction with the headquarters is required)
