仕事内容: Manage in-country IT systems, ensure efficiency & user satisfaction, align with DKSH IT standards.
Key Accountabilities
•Engage with Country Management and key business users on IT activities
•Develop and manage the country IT budget with Group IT/Regional IT Director
•Provide updates on key IT deliverables and issues
•Report technical issues and escalate major incidents
•Ensure timely communication to business users on major issues
•Support country IT implementations and activities
•Support Group IT on global initiatives and disaster recovery
•Manage and maintain desktop systems per global standards
•Monitor IT Service Desk for prompt incident resolution
•Provide on-site support for servers and network devices
•Manage IT vendors to ensure service delivery aligns with agreements
•Maintain IT assets and software licenses
•Oversee IT team's goals and KPIs
•Develop team members through coaching and performance managements
•Promote self-learning and improvement in IT

Decision-Making Authorities
•Approve IT purchases within the defined LOA
•Allocate system access levels to staff with relevant Manager

応募資格

必須: ＜Leadership＞
・Min5-8 years’ experience in leading an IT team
・Strong business process/ operations knowledge and experience
・Experience in managing key stakeholders (country management team or Exco members)
・Working experience in supporting SAP and other business solutions
・Good knowledge in office 365 product and desktop management skills

＜Functional Skills＞
・Excellent communications skills
・Project Management Skills Proven ability to meet deadlines on critical tasks
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
・Good understanding of IT service management processes
・Exposure to quality related practices like ITIL in relation to system administration and System
　Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
・Familiar with Digital Workplace tool – Ivanti, ZScaler, MFA and other Endpoint solutions
