募集背景: We are hiring a bilingual IT Manager who will be leading a few system overhauls. This role will lead the implementation of package corporate IT systems eg. ERP, OMS, WMS, MES, CRM. This role manages about 5 members in Japan, excluding vendors. This position covers Japan only but has a lot of interaction with global.

仕事内容: We are hiring a bilingual IT Manager who will be leading a few system overhauls. This role will lead the implementation of package corporate IT system
Requirements:

* Experience implementing large package corporate IT software eg. ERP, OMS, WMS, MES, CRM systems
* Experience migrating from old system to new system, ensuring data integrity
* Familiar with large corporate environments
* Understand pain point of non-IT users
* Stakeholder management experience, able to empathise with users and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
* Working experience with global teams
* Fluent Japanese and business English (at least reading & writing)

Bonus:

* Experience working with logistics or warehouse package systems

Soft skills:

* Someone who is energetic and motivated
* Takes initiative and proposes
