Develop and maintain productive working customer relations at various levels at various departments such as purchasing, engineering and design dept. of customers.
Promotion and development of LED business, where necessary involves local technical support group and oversea product marketing group.
Accountable for achieving budgeted sales revenue and business creations in responsible accounts.
Manage product change/terminate notification in responsible accounts with respective members in Japan quality team and oversea product marketing.
Prepares monthly forecast and ensures availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with customer service desk in supply chain.
Initiates tailor made actions, discussions with the customer about sales actions.
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market and competition.

Japanese (native) / English (read & write via emails, basic conversations)
Proactive behavior is required for promotion, design-in process, business fulfillment, resolving issues, further improvements.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with customers and our local team members.
MS office (excel, power point, outlook)
Education: Bachelor’s or similar
Work experience: 5 - 7 years
