Responsibilities
Accounting
- Monthly Closing
- Lead and develop members of the finance team
- Provide direction and oversight to general Accounting procedures and operations
- Plan and direct accounting operation functions (fixed assets, prepaid assets and accruals, royalties and licensing, rebates, self-insurance, stock-based compensation, payroll, cash, and allowances and reserves.)
- Review Financial statements and account reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with internal customers
- Implement new financial policies and procedure
- Preparation of annual financial statements and statutory documentation
- Review contracts/agreements/new transactions to ensure proper accounting, policies and tax treatment
- Liaison with external audit teams, external tax accountant, banks, tax authority
FP&A
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Gathering and interpreting financial data
- Cultivate company analysis and company reporting on a monthly basis to compare resulting to prior years, budgets, and forecasts,
- Strategic planning, annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Prepare monthly R&O and trend risk analysis
- Lead / develop Financial Analysts
- Lead development of analytical capabilities across financial planning and analysis team including development of financial policies and procedures

- 10 + years of Accounting & Finance experience
- 3 to 5 years of staff management experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using a large ERP system (SAP preferred)
