A global SaaS company is looking for a Senior Director, HRBP.Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by aligning long-term vision with strategic people needs across talent, leadership development, and cultural initiatives
* Partner closely with Business Unit leaders to provide strategic insights and contribute to organisational design and development efforts
* Act as a strategic HR advisor, guiding senior leaders on people leadership capabilities and engagement strategies
* Utilise data analysis to inform business decisions and measure HR effectiveness, implementing proactive solutions
* Provide expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, organisation design, and leadership development
* Build and lead a diverse team to support global strategic goals and foster organizational success
Requirements:
* Experience in direct client support
* Prior management coaching experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
