A global technology company is looking for a CFO. The selected candidate will oversee the financial performance and ensure compliance within the region. This is a hybrid role.
仕事内容

A global technology company is looking for a CFO.
Responsibilities:
* Lead financial performance for Japan and meet reporting requirements
* Set financial targets aligned with corporate strategy
* Oversee accounting principles, practices, and procedures
* Guide management to meet financial performance targets
* Identify improvement opportunities with departmental resources
* Approve proposals and contracts, manage commercial risk
* Ensure corporate governance, compliance, and cyber security
* Integrate finance, commercial, and project control to support management
* Support Asia and HQ activities as needed
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above in administration or finance
* More than 10 years of experience in finance and controlling role
* More than 5 years of experience in contract and claim management
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Excellent IT Office skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level verbal and written Japanese; business level English
