An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a CRM Platform Lead.Responsibilities:
* Lead IT planning for system enhancement or new requirements
* Develop service transition plans for sustainable solutions
* Initiate and support IT projects delivery
* Ensure team compliance with global IT policies and guidelines
* Manage day-to-day CRM platform operations
* Implement standard maintenance methodologies
* Collaborate with business units on their needs
* Maintain vendor engagement for platform strategies
* Ensure accountability for supplier performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or similar
* More than 8 years of experience in a relevant role
* Experience in IT projects, deployment, operations and maintenance related to commercial systems of international organisations
* Prior experience in business demand intake, selection solution, executing the solution and running platform with continuous Kaizen
* Possess valid Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault certification
* Possess valid Saleforce Platform certification
* Native level Japanese; business level English is preferred
