Primary Role
The responsibility of the role is to deliver the Kellogg’s agenda, through the implementation, maintenance and administration of all Quality and Food Safety(QFS)requirements of the factory in line with company policy and statutory compliance.
Develop and implement appropriate plans, programs and activities to achieve objectives set in company policy
Working Relationships
・This position reports to the Site QA Manager
・Reporting to this role are QA Specialists(*However, depending on experience, may not have subordinates)

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
1. Planning and organizing skills and ability to achieve results
2.Proactive problem solving and results orientated
3.Good communication, influencing and change management skills,
with management and shop floor personnel.
4. Demonstrated leadership of employee participation / consultation process in a
manufacturing / distribution environment.
5.Business level English communication skill is desired.

・スキル、ご経験、また管理職か非管理職かにより異なる
・ご経験により、部下を持つ管理職となる場合は、固定残業なし
*部下を持たない場合、月30時間の固定残業あり
800万の場合
月給:666,670円(基本給533,330円 固定残業代133,340円)
