仕事内容: Order Administration Representative
Position Summary
Responsible for processing & booking of sales orders for Japan ensuring high quality and timely delivery within established order turn-time. Duties include assisting Credit, Revenue Accounting and other organizations on queries relating to invoicing and any related booking and revenue questions. Duties also include working with customer configurations and on the customer master data entry while ensuring data integrity.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Order Acceptance and/or Processing. Must have system knowledge, decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability to change necessary.
Must be a strong team player, customer focused and with positive attitude. Must be detail/quality oriented and have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must have the passion and motivation to do the job.
Must speak some English
