募集背景: A renowned global entertainment company seeks an Enterprise PMO Director. The selected candidate will oversee program and project delivery within the Digital Experience & Transformation Management division.

仕事内容: A renowned global entertainment company seeks an Enterprise PMO Director.
Responsibilities:

* Lead critical portfolio projects to enhance Guest and Team Member experiences
* Implement and optimise PPM tools to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and manage project budgets effectively
* Drive annual strategic planning, resource assessment, and financial estimation to support organisational vision and mission
* Manage capital and expense budgets in collaboration with Portfolio Management and finance teams
* Provide leadership in agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful scope, schedule management, and risk mitigation
* Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers and scrum masters, fostering operational excellence and achieving strategic goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, technology, analytics, or related fields
* More than 10 years in PMO, transformation, or technology enablement roles
* Practical experience in project team leadership and large-scale program planning and implementation
* Experience with web and mobile development technologies/services, e-commerce platforms, operational and analytics data platforms, enterprise integration
* Expert knowledge of large-scale transformation initiatives
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Possess a valid project management certification (PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile (CSM), etc.) preferred
* Fluent level English; proficient in Japanese desirable
