Position: Technical Product Manager
Summary:
The Technical Product Manager supports the entire lifecycle of a product from a technical standpoint and develops service strategies for the Japanese market. They are responsible for technical communication with the global team and play a role in improving technical issues with the product. They collaborate with engineers at the headquarters to provide field support as a product expert in Japan. During Pre-Launch, they undergo global training to understand the product's characteristics, formulate service strategies, and design maintenance plans. In the Post-Launch phase, they primarily monitor KPIs such as MTBRV (Mean Time Between Repair Visit) and service costs, and develop improvement measures.

Responsibilities:
● Support the technical aspects of the product lifecycle from introduction to release, version upgrades, and support termination, and develop service strategies tailored to the Japanese market as a Technical Product Manager.
● Act as the technical communication point with Global, discussing and leading improvements to technical issues with the product.
● Collaborate with engineers at the headquarters as an expert for the assigned product in Japan, providing field support.
● During Pre-Launch, undergo Global Training first, understand the equipment's characteristics, formulate service strategies, and design maintenance plans.
● In Post-Launch, mainly responsible for monitoring KPIs such as MTBRV and service costs, and developing improvement measures.

Essential:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
● TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent language proficiency
Desirable:
● Knowledge and experience in computer science
● Knowledge and experience as a network engineer
● Knowledge and experience in the development and maintenance of medical equipment
