Position: Lifecycle Manager - Coagulation

Summary:
This position effectively manages the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the product to achieve short and long-term business goals, including revenue, sales, profit, and market share objectives for both traditional and latest channels (e-commerce). It monitors and manages marketing activities within budget, derives appropriate insights from financial data, designs market research, understands its impact, analyzes product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitor information, and reflects it in the brand plan. Additionally, it understands market trends, policies, distribution channels, and pricing strategies, ensuring that marketing activities comply with legal requirements, ethical standards, and company's operations and safety procedures, while effectively communicating with internal and external teams.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:
● Manage marketing, advertising, and promotions to achieve short and long-term business goals across traditional and e-commerce channels.
● Monitor and manage marketing activities within budget, understand finance fundamentals, and derive insights from financial data.
● Design market research, interpret results, and apply findings to the therapeutic area.
● Analyze product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitor information to inform the brand plan.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitors, diseases, and research to communicate compelling messages.
● Monitor and report on brand plan, call center, and project productivity.
● Develop annual brand plans including marketing goals, strategies, advertising, and promotions.
● Prepare budgets, reports, and forecasts in a timely manner.
● Participate in the annual budget planning and update cycle.
● Ensure marketing activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
● Address product-related complaints and suggestions, and communicate effectively with teams.
応募資格
必須
Essential:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or marketing/business management field.
● 3 or more years of marketing experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals/medical devices, or related fields.
● Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written).
歓迎
Desirable:
● Experience in MNC pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
● Experience working in testing-related roles in hospitals.
● Certification as a medical technologist or pharmacist.
