A renowned amusement and entertainment company is seeking a Program Manager. The selected candidate will oversee strategic initiatives, manage project portfolios, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
仕事内容
A renowned amusement and entertainment company is seeking a Program Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Lead strategic initiatives
* Oversee project portfolios
* Deliver complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
* Work closely with digital and technology teams, business partners, and vendors
* Independently research, analyse, and document initiative tasks
* Coordinate and lead project team meetings
* Manage initiative scope, budget, schedule, risks, and issues
* Follow Program and Agile management methodologies
* Use program management tools for reporting initiative statuses



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, project management, etc.
* 5-7 years of professional experience
* Experience in software engineering
* Prior experience in project management, business analysis, or relevant
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Possess valid Project Management Certification is a plus
* Business level Japanese and English
