A global high-end fashion company is looking for a Country Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive overall success of retail operations within the assigned country or region
* Share objectives and strategy with teams and monitor execution
* Implement HR policies and processes, including recruitment and training
* Prepare, monitor, and control the annual budget and forecasting
* Manage all commercial activities, including sales force and operational teams
* Lead HR, H&S, legal services, IT, and general services in the subsidiary
* Supervise financial performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability
* Prepare income reports and balance updates, ensuring compliance with local regulations
* Collaborate with business development teams to report activities and meet guidelines
* Develop turnover with large accounts and negotiate agreements with partners
* Establish trust and collaboration with partners and identify development opportunities
* Develop a network of stores and ensure operational support for after-sales service
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or similar
* More than 3 years of experience in the integral management of a company or business unit
* Prior international experience
* Previous SAP experience
* Knowledge of commercial/marketing, retail operations, and financial control
* Understanding of local market conditions and consumer preferences
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Possess a valid MBA in International Business is ideal
* Fluent level English and Japanese
