An international technology company is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify long-term and short-term partnership opportunities
* Compile strategies into clear English documentation
* Present strategies to internal leadership for feedback and alignment
* Conduct negotiations with partner companies at an executive level
* Understand product, market landscape, regulatory requirements, and internal operations
* Successfully execute planned strategies on time
* Act as a primary liaison for seamless communication between the company and partners
* Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience in partnership management or sales in card payments and non-card payments
* Experience with card companies, konbini chains, digital wallet providers, etc.
* Prior experience delivering new business by cooperating with external partners
* Understanding of Japanese payment landscape
* Knowledge of merchant perspectives
* Business level verbal and written Japanese and English
