募集背景: An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Manager. The selected candidate will oversee supply operations, including contract manufacturing, warehousing, and transport.

仕事内容: An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute supply plans with global and site supply chain management
* Ensure timely and full supply from manufacturing sites
* Manage inbound, warehousing, and outbound activities, including customs clearance
* Oversee secondary repackaging activities at third-party logistics providers
* Monitor inventory and minimize obsolescence and write-offs
* Support growth by establishing necessary country infrastructure

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 7 years of experience in life sciences at an international company
* Experience in GMP/iso
* Prior CMO management experience in operation
* Proven experience in supply operations is ideal
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Business level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC L/R 730+)
