A global logistics company is looking for a Branch Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee commercial goals and objectives for the business portfolio
* Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
* Direct all operational aspects, including business development, operations, and customer service
* Train, coach, and develop associates
* Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards
* Stay informed of market dynamics and communicate action plans to management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business or related domain
* More than 5 years of experience in leadership
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in transport logistics
* Prior experience in creating and executing business plans
* Understanding the logistics and the pharmaceutical industry is ideal
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Proficient in Japanese
