An international equipment manufacturer is looking for a Business Developer.Responsibilities:
* Lead customer relations and direct sales efforts, focusing on diverse industries and complex prototype parts
* Develop client relationships, enhance market presence, and manage trade events
* Understand client needs, propose timely solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive innovation
* Spend time at the headquarters to learn about the technologies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, engineering, or a relevant domain
* Experience in sales or business development (technology sector is ideal)
* Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies and foundry technologies
* Knowledge of Japanese market trends and business practices
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally
* Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+); native level Japanese
