AI技術を駆使したSaaSセールスプロダクト会社が、900％の成長率に伴い組織を拡大中。
同社の新規プロダクトロードマップ策定、事業拡大等に貢献いただけるプロダクトマネージャーを募集中。
新プロダクトのリリースを控え、マネージメント層（日本人）を増強して体制を整えたいと考えています。
現在１プロダクト、リリース予定を含めると全４プロダクトになり、１プロダクトにつきPdM２名体制を想定。２名のうち、１名は英語力がさほど高くなくとも問題ないと考えらえています。
エンジニア力、技術的スキルより、ビジネススキルに重きを置いているポジションになりますこと予めご理解ご了承ください。
- 仕事内容

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products, both existing and new, achieve and maintain a strong Product Market Fit (PMF). You will play a crucial role in guiding our products through their lifecycle, from ideation to market success, ensuring their continual improvement and substantial growth. You will deliver products to users while collaborating closely with the executive team, business line leaders, and the development team. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Formulate product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Drafting and prioritizing development tasks
- User interviews
- Requirement definitions
- Metrics design and data analysis

Requirements:
- Ability to create documents such as proposals and requirement definitions
- Experience working with engineers and designers
- Strong logical thinking and prioritization skills to deliver business values
- 3+ years of experience in in-house web service product management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Native level Japanese language skills

- Experience in both new product development and product improvement experience
- Experience in SaaS or BtoB product management
- Experience with multiple product management
- Experience as a product owner in a scrum development team
- Experience in data analysis using SQL, etc.
