例一部:
Develop, implement and integrate all TA related strategies, policies and programs
Conduct Hiring manager training to ensure we deliver on the trust, quality and promise of the Company brand to enhance the candidate experience
Engage and advocate for diverse talent, establishing new and long term relationships, including reinforce, expand and extend the Company brand in diverse talent markets as needed
Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria.
Be credible partners, deliver quality results, and ensure excellence in execution.
Be a Talent Advisor, collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP to develop a strong aligned understanding of the talent landscape in the market, internal business strategy, department culture, DE&I opportunities, and talent profiles to support and deliver on the talent needs of the business

- 必須
-
10 + Years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency, having led a TA function team in Japan is preferred.
General HR functional knowledge and broad business and financial understanding to human capital implications
Able to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach
Strong consulting and client relationship skills
Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence
Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English and Japanese
