Position: Blood Gas Analyzer Sales - East Japan
Drive the expansion of our products in the major market of East Japan alongside the sales team.
Territory Coverage:
East Japan area covering Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto-Koshinetsu, and Tokai regions.

Job Overview:
● Sales activities of blood gas analyzers and POCT measurement devices to key institutions, including university hospitals and public medical institutions within the territory (holding study sessions with medical departments, demonstrations, deliveries, and installations).
● Managing the territory's distributors (supporting contract agreements, joint visits, organizing and attending study sessions and meetings, proposing and executing campaigns).
● Preparing and conducting demonstration activities.
● Inputting and analyzing sales-related information such as prospective deals, activity records, and demo results using tools like Salesforce.com.
● Reporting to the sales director and participating in sales meetings.
● Assisting in promotional activities (participation in exhibitions and regional conferences).
● Responding to requests from customers and delivery sites (both pre- and post-sale).

Required Skills and Experience:
● Sales experience in the medical device industry or a related field (minimum 3 years).
● Assertive communication skills.
● Experience in distributor management, with a strong preference for those who have established relationships with medical device distributors in East Japan.
● High interpersonal skills, capable of flexible and precise communication according to the counterpart.
● Strong awareness of compliance and regulations related to medical devices.
● IT literacy (experience with Office and Salesforce.com, and professional email communication skills).
● Competency in time management, self-management, and cost management.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
● Experience in full commission-based sales.
● Experience in managing subordinates.
● Ability to lead a diverse team towards goals with intelligence and passion.
● Experience in medical device maintenance.
● Experience in clinical laboratory work or nursing.
Required Language Proficiency:
English conversational skills are preferred (English proficiency is considered a plus within our company).
