A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Head of Accounting and Tax.Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly closing process and prepare financial statements
* Report consolidated financial information to stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting obligations
* Ensure adherence to Japanese and international tax regulations
* Handle tax filings, including international transactions
* Implement a group transfer pricing policy
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in accounting and tax
* Experience in accounting firms and any industry firms
* Prior experience in a Japanese transitional environment
* Understanding of local tax and financial structure
* Proven experience in renewable energy industry is a plus
* Background in a startup or a "unicorn" company is preferred
* Fluent level English and Japanese
