• Hair care brand seasonal trend creation
• Educational event planning (seminars, hair shows and competition)
• Create brand's trend style with external hairdressers
• Develop technical assets as movies, guidebook and training materials
• Plan and conduct global trainings & workshops for internal/external
• Coordinate and operate global seminars & showcases for local customers
• Plan and organize educational events and competitions for hairdressers

• Excellent skills and knowledge in hair dressing
• Experience of total beauty creation including hair, make-up and fashion
• Working experience in beauty industries
• Good communication skills and positive mindset
• Skills of project management and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Japanese and English
• Adept at Power Point
• nice to have: Digital skills, Teaching & coaching skills, Working (studying) experience in any international environment
