【業務内容詳細】
- Mainly responsible for HR operations as well as fixed assets and facilities management in order to improve the workplace culture and engagement within the company, and ultimately improve the company's performance.
- Lead and execute improvements, efficiency, cost reductions, and problem solving for the entire company or your own department through your work.
- Position other departments as internal customers, and contribute directly or indirectly to the achievement of the goals of the organization
- Participate in the formulation of policies for your own and other departments that serve as the basis for setting goals and issues in the company's HR and general affairs measures, and make constructive suggestions after understanding them.
- Have general knowledge that covers each specialized area of HR and general affairs
- Be aware of changes occurring within the entire company and your own department regarding the work you are working on, and respond flexibly while taking into consideration the mutual benefit of those around you, including other departments.
- In the area of HR operations expertise, communicate with Head Office HR personnel as necessary to resolve issues.
- Planning, management, and support for internal and external recruitment and promotion activities
-Management and support for personnel evaluation system
- Procedures related to personnel transfers such as joining and leaving, promotion and demotion
- Management and maintenance of personnel databases
- Management of contract employees
- Management and support of personnel in charge of salary and bonus calculations and associated procedures

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 5+ years of relevant HR and GA experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good labor law knowledge
- Ability to influence and collaborate
