• Provide training and consultation on compensation matters to HR and the wider organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a total reward strategy, including monetary and non-monetary recognition, in collaboration with others, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Implement and maintain a range of compensation and benefits plans/policies, ensuring compliance and relevancy across employment types.
• Lead the annual salary planning and merit increase process, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and expectations.
• Oversee variable pay, short and long-term incentive concepts, in alignment with best practices and internal guidelines.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure competitive packages for key strategic hires.
