Responsibilities:

* Transform market insights into comprehensive marketing plans, defining market positioning and narratives.
* Manage end-to-end campaign processes, utilising diverse marketing channels for integrated campaigns.
* Coordinate high-quality events and product launches, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Engage in external communications with key automotive media outlets.
* Utilise data-driven insights to enhance sales and market positioning.
* Continuously improve communication strategies through agile methodologies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including integrated, product and channel marketing
* Practical experience in automotive industrial and market trends
* Prior experience in campaign and product marketing, branding, digital, communications and partner development
* Experience in Account Based Marketing is a plus
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 850+)
