募集背景: An international industrial technology manufacturer is searching for an Internal Communications Manager. The successful candidate will lead communication initiatives, aligning strategies with business objectives and engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

仕事内容: An international industrial technology manufacturer is searching for an Internal Communications Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Enhance awareness of business, strategy, and values among employees
* Collaborate with APAC internal communications team
* Plan and execute internal communication strategies, including newsletters, town halls, and employee engagement events
* Support executive communications by crafting messages, GM profiles, and presentation materials
* Work closely with Japan leadership, HR, and other teams to implement internal communication initiatives effectively

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field
* More than 5 years of marketing experience including effective communications and campaigns
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
* Experience in transportation industry is a plus
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 850+)
