Oversees annual HR planning processes such as headcount planning.
Shapes the company's employer brand through messaging for the website and social media.
Directs recruitment and selection processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
Conducts new hire orientation in collaboration with functional managers.
Identifies training needs and proposes appropriate programs.
Implements strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Acts as an expert on people-related policies, procedures, and legislation.
Prepares HR budget and manages payroll costs and headcount.
