Responsible for all strategic and operational HR matters.
Leads and develops the local HR team.
Collaborates closely with the global HR team on global strategies and initiatives.
Partners with the business to understand current needs and derive suitable HR measures.
Establishes a competitive compensation policy in line with Group HR.
Develops effective leadership programs for a modern leadership culture.
Oversees annual HR planning processes such as headcount planning.
Shapes the company's employer brand through messaging for the website and social media.
Directs recruitment and selection processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
Conducts new hire orientation in collaboration with functional managers.
Identifies training needs and proposes appropriate programs.
Implements strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Acts as an expert on people-related policies, procedures, and legislation.
Prepares HR budget and manages payroll costs and headcount.

- 必須

-8-10 yeas of professional experience as HR Manager in an international context, manufacturing industry would be helpful
-Fundamental experience in General HR Management
-Broad and deep knowledge of all HR related topics
