An international software technology company is searching for a Services Director.Responsibilities:
* Lead services management for customers, staff, and stakeholders
* Achieve KPIs including booking targets, revenue, and CSAT
* Develop and maintain a high-performing services team
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results
* Act as escalation point for service-related matters
* Ensure compliance with methodologies, tools, and policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
* Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and Professional Services delivery
* Understanding of Contact Centre and Cloud technologies
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to adapt in cross-cultural work environments, multi-cultural environments, both socially and at work
* Possess a valid MBA qualification is preferred
