【業務内容詳細】
-Support and advise manager on HR related topics.
-Contribute to employee compliance, especially in terms of safety. Participate and contribute to health/safety/environment measures as per site policy.
-Manage the number of regular and non-regular employees in terms of quantity and quality
-Contribute to the development of the business unit strategy.
-Perform talent and organizational development.
- Ensure appropriate job grading methods and their use according to Group standards and all relevant C&B applications.
- Manage the recruitment and induction process according to standards.
- Identify all learning and development measures according to the needs of the whole establishment and the individual employees
- Ensure compliance with all health/safety/environmental regulations.
- Employee relations management.
- Coordinate internal communication activities in accordance with the site's communication plan.
- Personnel and data management
- Ensure communication between the site and learning stakeholders
- Plan training to develop RD capability.
- Deploy well-being improvement plan.
- Serve as leader in people engagement for site.
- Act as the Site HR Manager in all employee relations actions and meetings (in absence, special cases, when delegated, etc.).
- As the site HR Development contact point, be the point of contact with the Group, BG and all stakeholders and coordinate TD communication with other HR contacts in the site.
- Coordinate the deployment of HR development campaigns in the site (e.g. annual reviews).
- Work with the Country Campus Manager to manage the local campus management activities and participate in local and national events to promote employer branding.

- 必須

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Wide experience across different HR areas (preferably 5+ years)
– Experience in manufacturing industries a plus!
– Good labor law knowledge
– Strong communication skills
