An international luxury company is looking for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Conduct and support monthly management reporting and budgeting processes
* Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability
* Oversee all aspects of credit activities and risk management
* Review trade financing processes and reconciliation
* Manage capital requests and financing arrangements
* Monitor cash balances and forecasts
* Lead the local finance team, providing training and guidance
* Recruit, empower, and lead human capital for desired outcomes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or business administration
* More than 10 years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation
* Experience in highly competitive, brand-sensitive, and service-oriented markets
* Prior experience with modern commercial organisations and with demanding wholesale and retail business partners
* Proven experience in change management projects involving organisation, information systems, and business approach
* Background in SAP, BPC, and Hyperion
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
