Position: National Channel Sales Leader, Dental Solutions Division

The Dental Solutions Division is recruiting for an outstanding National Channel Sales Leader in Japan to grow sales nationwide, to be based in Tokyo or Osaka. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the business plan aligned with the company growth strategy. Looking for an individual who creates a culture of sales excellence through a growth and customer-first mindset that will enhance the performance and results of our dental sales team and provide the best outcomes for practitioners and patients.
仕事内容
Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage channel partner principal/management and C-suite level relationships with two direct reporting Channel Managers.
● Responsible for complex account negotiations at an executive level.
● Provide accurate forecasts on sales and channel partner satisfaction, aligned with the agreed KPI’s.
● Redefine channel strategy and take responsibility for selecting channel partners.
● Lead front-end negotiation, implementation, and execution of distribution agreements, incentive programs, etc.
● Set and execute the medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans with the strategic partner.
● Collaborate closely with the Dental Sales Team to meet the requirements of key channel partners.
● Resolve issues and conflicts related to account responsibility.
● Interpret industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define guidelines/methods for the field sales organization.
● Map and identify opportunities, manage pipeline and incentive programs.
● Build strong customer relationships and lead negotiations of major contracts.
応募資格
必須
Required Experience/Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or higher.
● Minimum 5 years’ experience with commercial strategy creation/execution in the healthcare industry.
● Experience engaging with and influencing executive levels of organizations.
● High level of communication and presentation skills.
● Experience with Salesforce and related tools and/or familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI/Spotfire.
● Demonstrable experience in initiating/driving process improvements.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

● MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
● Experience working in the business consulting industry.
● Strong project management skills.
● Experience working with and through large healthcare national distribution channel partners.
● Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.
