An international consumer goods company is searching for a Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Drive analysis of category dynamics and business drivers,
* Develop consumer-centric category strategies and action plans
* Utilise market data to devise timely marketing actions to meet annual targets
* Evaluate strategy against market data to identify actionable improvements
* Identify growth drivers and establish baseline assumptions to achieve targets
* Construct consumer journeys to translate growth drivers into activation plans
* Develop activation plans to realise growth potential
* Formulate plans and secure global alignment for localising innovation projects
* Create localised marketing frameworks aligned with global strategy
* Develop annual marketing targets/plans for the Wellness category
* Propose marketing interventions to meet annual category targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration is ideal
* More than 10 years of experience in brand management or customer marketing at a consumer goods industry
* Practical experience in managing a category or brands as a business and brand owner,
* Prior experience in key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management
* People manager experience
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
