You will play a key role as a Senior Data Analyst in our Data Analytics Department. This position involves close collaboration with business units, product teams, and marketing teams to analyze a wide range of data, including service data, advertising data, SFA/CRM data, and in-house survey results. You will leverage insights gained from these analyses to engage stakeholders and lead decision-making for various projects.
Responsibilities
Identify business challenges and improve services through log data analysis.
Predict future trends through comprehensive analysis.
Analyze survey data and qualitative data.
Design and validate effectiveness tests, including A/B testing.
Identify business levers using causal inference and causal discovery methods.

Experience in solving business challenges through analysis using SQL and Python.
Ability to define problems to be solved and construct hypotheses to address these issues.
Basic knowledge of data infrastructure, databases, and data warehouses (DWH).
Knowledge of statistics, including estimation, testing, and linear models
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Japanese Native Level or Business Level (from JLPT N2)
