仕事内容: You will be engaged as a Project Manager (PM) in system development. Specifically, you will be responsible for upper-level design and overall project management, including system proposals, business analysis, requirements definition, client negotiations, and team communication. Development will progress in collaboration with members as part of a global ONE TEAM.

Depending on the project, you have the opportunity to choose work that aligns with your experience or challenge yourself in new areas for skill enhancement. Additionally, you have the option to transfer to other roles such as IT consulting or sales.

応募資格

必須: Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following:
- Experience as a Project Manager in system development.
- No PM experience, but have SE experience and wish to transition into a PM role.
- Experience in offshore development.
- Experience as an IT Architect.

Japanese Native Level or Business Level (from JLPT N2)
