Position: Business Development Manager (Lipid Formulations)
Expansion of the pharmaceutical raw materials business and expansion of lipid product (lipid) business development functions.
仕事内容
Expansion of the pharmaceutical raw materials business and expansion of lipid product (lipid) business development functions.
Main Responsibilities:
● Understand the company's products, especially lipid products, market trends, and customer needs. Develop a business development strategy, manage pricing for new and existing customers, and execute according to the procedures of the Pharma division.
● Investigate new drug development pipelines related to pharmaceutical company lipid products. Create and update sales tools for efficient sales activities.
● Utilize the global network to collect information on global trends in lipid products and disseminate Japanese trends globally.
● Create new business opportunities through the development of new customers for lipid products and the strengthening of relationships with existing customers.
● Work closely with the domestic and international research and manufacturing departments to efficiently promote lipid products to customers. Regularly create and update Japanese-language technical materials, etc.
● Plan sales activities for each customer of lipid products, create sales budget plans, and work towards their achievement.
● Connect information on product characteristics provided by the research and development department with customer needs. Develop a sales pipeline that leads to future sales.

必須
Experience & Skills:
●Experience in business development, sales, or marketing for pharmaceutical companies' new drug development pipelines
● Practical English communication skills (speaking)
● Success stories and achievements in business development, sales, or marketing through
personal ingenuity
