Position: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager optimizes sales team performance to achieve targets by analyzing data, implementing strategies, and providing support. This role reports to the Commercial Excellence Director.

Responsibilities:
● Support BU in creating strategies and key tactics through data analysis.
● Collaborate with BU head and sales leaders to design the sales organization and optimize territory assignments.
● Streamline sales processes, implement technology solutions, and enhance CRM usage to maximize efficiency.
● Identify sales KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to BU and sales leaders.
● Identify and drive initiatives to optimize sales activities across BU for greater efficiency.

Skills & Experience:
● Proven experience in the healthcare industry and
strong experience in SFE, sales planning, or a related function.
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales force effectiveness or a similar role.
● Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
● Excellent 360° communication skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software (SAP) and sales analytics tools (SFDC & PowerBI).
