Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
● Define digital marketing strategy, including CRM/SFA and MA.
● Identify and implement best-fit technical solutions.
● Evaluate and customize global solutions as needed.
● Secure annual budget and execute implementation.
● Manage global and local solution providers.
● Initiate and implement commercial excellence activities.
● Continuously analyze and report digital activities to leadership.
● Partner with sales and marketing units.
● Lead and manage global and local projects.

Experience & Skills:
● Strong experience in digital marketing in the healthcare industry. experience with CRM/SFA and MA, and experience working across multiple time zones.
● Understanding of dealer-based B2B marketing processes.
● Proven project management and stakeholder steering experience.
● In-depth knowledge of digital solutions for CRM/SFA (preferably SFDC).
● Strong business acumen.
● Ability to collaborate with business teams, vendors, and global partners.
● Willingness to analyze problems and propose innovative solutions.
