An international semiconductors manufacturer is looking for a Controller.Responsibilities:
* Ensure monthly reporting accuracy
* Adhere to group instructions and policies
* Maintain compliance with SOX control framework
* Comply with local laws and regulations
* Adhere to company transfer price policies
* Ensure accurate external grant reporting
* Maintain accurate cash forecasting and hedging
* Facilitate smooth audits with external auditors
* Resolve accounting complexities in collaboration with corporate accounting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in economics, administration, or audit
* More than 10 years of experience in financial accounting in a globally operating company
* Experience with SAP(4/HANA)
* Prior experience with SOX
* Knowledge of finance and accounting processes and practices
* Understanding of Japanese laws and regulations
* Proven experience in internal audit or audit firm is ideal
* Fluent level reading, written, and verbal Japanese
